Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
